Take over a key role as a Brand Ambassador in the Customer Experience department, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success. 


What we expect from you:

  • Manage daily operations across multiple teams ensuring smooth and efficient performance
  • Provide immediate on-the-floor support to agents and the operations team for resolving customer inquiries quickly and effectively
  • Monitor team performance, ensuring consistent achievement of service quality targets
  • Collaborate with training teams to address skill gaps and lead ongoing coaching and staff development
  • Act as the point of contact for escalated issues and ensure swift and professional resolutions
  • Motivate and engage team members by fostering a positive environment and recognizing achievements
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align operational goals and improve customer service initiatives
  • Optimize real-time customer experiences by ensuring prompt handling of issues
  • Collaborate with vendor teams to ensure seamless coordination and operational efficiency


What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations, business management, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience managing operations or customer service teams, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage multiple teams
  • Experience with customer service tools and technologies (e.g., CRM systems)
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in real-time situations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams and departments
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities and workloads
  • Experience working with vendor teams is a plus
  • High emotional intelligence with a strong ability to motivate and engage team members
