What we are looking for - Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a FULL-TIME Social/Brand Marketing Manager. The primary role of the Social/Brand Marketing Manager is to will be responsible for developing and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our marketing and business goals. This role demands a highly strategic thinker with a creative edge, capable of following up and communicating the latest releases within our platform and crafting compelling stories and engaging content that resonates with our audience while maintaining relationships with talent and promotion through collaborations with them. 

You will lead a team of social media professionals and collaborate across departments to boost brand visibility, enhance user engagement, and drive growth. This job is a REMOTE position.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop high-level social media strategies that align with the company's vision and market objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand the social media team to ensure excellence in execution and delivery.
  • Oversee the management of all social media accounts to ensure content quality, brand consistency, and compliance with platform guidelines and own brand guidelines.
  • Analyze performance metrics and use insights to refine strategies, increase reach, and optimize engagement.
  • Knowledge of what works across various social platforms and experience in multi-channel distribution efforts.
  • Maintain and strengthen our brand voice, tone, and branding through social content strategy, community management, and editorial curation.
  • Experience using data and intuition to make content that grabs attention and engages its audience. Strong on social media analytics, but isn’t afraid to take big risks.
  • Stay on top of cultural trends to foster relevant brand conversations.
  • Manage relationships with talent, partners, and agencies to enhance our outreach and promotional efforts.
  • Be experimental with content, take risks, and be ambitious and original.
  • Build and manage budgets to drive efficiency and scale impact.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of digital innovations.
  • Build and manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and report on ROI to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure crisis management protocols are in place and respond swiftly to potential PR issues.

Must Haves:

  • 7+ years experience in marketing/brand building at a tech, media, entertainment, or social/media agency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of working professional experience creating content for and managing campaigns across multiple social media platforms, such as X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, etc.
  • Proven work experience as a Public Relations Manager or in a similar PR role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
  • Excellent media relations and crisis management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms for business.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Demonstrable experience crafting impactful social media strategies and leading successful teams.
  • Expertise in social media analytics tools and KPIs to measure and drive success.
  • Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including SEO, content marketing, and advertising strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate across departments.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and an ability to think outside the box.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves:

  • Experience with the adult entertainment industry or film production industry.
