What You Will Do

  • Be the driving force behind highly technical integrations with some of the world’s largest brands.
  • Use your passion for systems and processes to ensure our client’s customers are set up for success.
  • Guide from the front by turning complex obstacles into clear, actionable plans that inspire your team and wow customers.
  • Manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously, efficiently balancing launch timelines and conflicting priorities.
  • Tune into the needs and motivations of everyone you interact with, from customers to internal teams and partners.
  • Communicate with confidence, clarity, and empathy—breaking down complicated ideas into simple, compelling messages.

About You

  • You’re a geek at heart, always eager to understand how things work beyond just reading the manual.
  • A customer service superstar, balancing the art of listening with the science of finding solutions that delight customers.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, you focus on delivering quality work.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment where not everything has a set playbook.
  • Experience with technical writing and documentation.
  • Direct experience working with developers and highly technical roles.
  • 4+ years managing technical API integrations of 3rd party apps and software into SaaS or eCommerce platforms.
  • 4+ years working directly with APIs, SDKs, webhooks, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML, JSON, and front-end troubleshooting.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms and associated technologies.
  • Experience with payment gateways and processors.
