Job description

MISSION

Maximize revenue growth within an assigned sales territory, by developing and advancing sales opportunities in accordance with our account plans – by maintaining a high-quality knowledgebase, crafting sales proposals, executing sales engagements, and making our partner stakeholders more effective and efficient in the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with the senior leadership of your assigned clients.
  • Create a renewal and growth strategy across your assigned client partners to achieve Alegeus revenue growth commitments.
  • Document, prioritize and support the employer pipelines of your assigned clients.
  • Accurately reflect opportunities’ values, stages and close dates within SalesForce.com pipeline.
  • Leverage Alegeus go-to-market best practices within assigned clients to maximize visibility of and potential for meeting or exceeding annual recurring revenue targets.
  • Maintain 3 - 4 X-Factor (300% - 400%+) pipeline coverage of assigned quota for 12-month rolling calendar.
  • Meet and exceed annual recurring revenue growth and total recurring revenue quotas.
  • Meet and exceed partner engagement monthly sales activity quotas.
  • Continuously add new opportunities to your pipeline (10% of quota) each month.


Education/Experience

  • BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience creating and/or managing business-to-business/ channel sales.
  • Experience and strong skill set working with Microsoft Office. (EXCEL, PPT, WORD, Etc.)
  • Experience with SaaS, FinTech, and/or Channel Go-To-Market models is highly preferred.
  • Experience working within complex, long sales cycles and organizations is highly preferred.
  • Direct experience working with online sales tools and CRM platforms is highly preferred.
  • Client Partner orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters and excellent communication and presentation skills.
