BUSINESS UNIT

The Payment unit owns the end-to-end customer journey from technical consultative selling, over delivery up to smooth ongoing operations for customers of HRS payment solutions. The business unit is responsible for understanding customer requirements, demonstrating the value and capabilities of HRS payment solution offerings, addressing technical inquiries, and building trust with prospects as well as existing HRS payment customers. The more corporate clients use PAY, the more third-party partners such as banks, card issuers, ERPs, booking platforms and other financial service providers want to partner and collaborate with us, and this drives further commercial growth for PAY by monetizing these partnership streams.

POSITION

We are looking for a Payment Consultant (all genders) with passion for delivering great results in order to ensure our further growth as well as the successful launch of our HRS Pay products.

CHALLENGE

  • You are a self-starter. The consulting team is working exclusively in a remote manner and spread across the globe.
  • You will make sure that standard customer requirements are properly understood, documented and articulated with our Product and Implementation Teams. Then this person will need to ensure that the right set of solution(s) from our portfolio is proposed to our prospects in order to solve their business problem.
  • You are confident in a constantly evolving environment, and you understand the impact of all moving parts.
  • You are a critical-thinker and encouraged to challenge the status quo.
  • You consult our existing and newly acquired partners in all our HRS Payment Solutions and maintain an excellent professional relationship with your internal and external stakeholders.
  • You show a high-quality approach to minimizing the sales cycle and maximize the quality of the payment implementation.
  • You align with the Payment and Sales Teams on Sales and Payment Consultancy.
  • With your in-depth knowledge in the virtual payment field, be the first person of contact for any questions relevant to it both externally and internally.
  • Be responsible for strategic decisions, which are going to ensure the success of the implementation of our software.
  • Be a sparring partner for the C-Level Management and guide along with them our global expansion.
  • Ensure that all payment market related updates and standards are documented, up to date & made available to the organization.
  • Regularly provide training sessions to foster the payment knowledge within the US.

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • University degree in business administration or equivalent studies
  • Background in Payment, Consultancy, T&E, Banking, fintech (fast-paced environment)
  • Solid understanding of PSD2, PCI DSS
  • Profound experience in Business Development and Go-To market strategy
  • Complex project management, integrations, consulting, implementations, pre-sales
  • Ability to conduct research and create reports based on the relevant data mostly with business orientation
  • Hands-on Mentality and strong negotiation skills
  • Passion for delivering high quality results
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

This role can be worked from New York, or remotely from another location in the US. The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
