Position Description: 

We are seeking a Payments Enablement Specialist to help drive the growth of our Payments products. You will be responsible for the successful enablement and setup of payment customers from onboarding to go-live.

You have an understanding of the payment industry and have a proven track record of working with various tiers of companies. You are a thought leader, pioneer and are a passionate individual who loves working in a dynamic, ambiguous, and fast paced environment in which managing multiple projects and priorities is the norm

Position Location:  Remote US or Canada

Reports To: Sr. Director of Merchant Services

 

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working with enabling POS and payment technology for enterprise and SMB organizations including partners and vendors in the restaurant ecosystem 
  • Experience working in restaurant vertical, with SaaS companies or within the financial industry.  
  • Created solid relationships when talking with a customer, cross-functional partner or engaging with a diverse audience.    
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences.  
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, data-driven, and entrepreneurial environment 
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to analyse data and develop metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes

 

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

  • Manage and maintain internal tools and systems to ensure proper billing of customers  
  • Maintain merchant credentials and system profiles in CRM Systems  
  • Support help desk team to ensure timely responses to customers RMA and open cases  
  • Manage customer VAR sheets and profiles  
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customer/reseller contacts.  
  • Identify customer deployment needs and create an onboarding plan according to live plan 
  • Manage order fulfilment and inventory with third party vendor 
  • Effective work prioritization, scheduling, and escalations 
  • Manage relationship between internal and third-party onboarding teams 
  • Manage relationship between internal and third-party billing/invoicing teams 
  • Build mutually lucrative relationships with merchants and partners 
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in existing onboarding and fulfilment processes.  
  • Effective work prioritization, scheduling, and escalations.

  • Interview #1: Phone Screen with Talent Acquisition Team
  • Interview #2: Video interview with the Hiring Manager (via MS Teams)
  • Interview #3: Video interview with the Team (via MS Teams)

The base salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000 CAD per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments.
