Job Description
UnitedLex is seeking an experienced Sr. eDiscovery Project Manager to support our litigation and corporate client engagements throughout the US. The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for the oversight, planning, coordination, and execution of all project management activities for their assigned programs and/or projects. This role is also responsible for managing large complex projects, coordinating across internal teams and within the project management structure to ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately. This role is client facing and requires significant interaction with the client, outside counsel and review providers to manage work across all groups. This role will manage and execute upon the day-to-day project requests/tasks and overall program related initiatives which includes but is not limited to playbook creation, client reporting needs, custom client requests, issues identified and escalated. The Sr. Project Manager will serve as a mentor to their team members.

Responsibilities
- Oversees and delivers Project Management services for assigned Clients/Projects within their structure.
- Maintain 80%-90% billable utilization across assigned clients.
- Identifies and manages risk proactively.
- Active role in content creation and delivery of Client QBR meeting, RFP responses and presentations, and any other client facing meetings or discussions for their clients.
- Extensive experience with Relativity front end tasks and capabilities. Can easily provide client trainings, demos and make recommendations on how best to utilize the tool.
- Acts as point of escalation on project issues; works with Team Lead and appropriate internal teams to assesses, identify root cause, and manage messaging to the client.
- Leads regular project meetings internally, with the client and/or outside counsel to keep project tasks and deadlines on track.
- Conducts regular client check-ins; continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.
- Collaboration with sales team members on sales pitches, client presentations, client meetings and any other related activity for programs within their structure.
- Together with the Team Lead, manages and coaches project management personnel within their pod.
- Consults with client on best practices for a project, implements formal meeting schedules, proactively addresses issues, and messages resolution.
- Conducts project kick off calls and/or program kick off calls for larger portfolios.
- Provides feedback for the performance cycle for PM’s and APM’s within their pod.
- Participates in interview process when recruiting Project Management personnel.
- Responsible for project assignments for programs within their structure.
- Understands client pricing modules and ensures timely and accurate billing protocols are implemented.
- Participates in the continuous improvement of UnitedLex Project and Program Management methodologies and processes.
- Identifies new revenue streams from client needs and proposes new business solutions to internal leadership.
- Sound understanding of technical products and services in the market, including forward-looking understanding of industry trends and new technologies.
- Aware of competitors' products and their strong and weak points.
- Supports business development as services and solutions are introduced to future clients (presentations, RFI/RFP responses, demonstrations, etc.).
- Up to 30% travel could be expected.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years’ experience as an eDiscovery project manager in the Litigation Support industry.
- Fully understands the eDiscovery market, competitor structures as well as the ERRM and applies this knowledge to their day-to-day interactions with clients, outside counsel and review providers.
- Consultative expertise in managing eDiscovery, Forensics, and IR projects.
- Full understanding of all industry standard technologies, challenges, and benefits. Comfortable speaking of these technologies to clients and strategizing on the appropriate approach for
- Proactive client/relationship management and risk identification.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
- Advanced abilities in MS Office suite, specifically MS Excel for complex reporting purposes.
- Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional (PMP) ® is a plus.
- Admitted attorney a plus.

Salary Range
The salary range for this role reflects the range of factors that inform case-by-case compensation decisions including education, experience, training, licensure, certification, and geography as well as the business and organizational needs specific to the role. Compensation ranges may be broad, reflecting flexibility within the budget and title to consider candidates of varied experience. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this role is $110,000 to $125,000/year. Select roles are additionally eligible for Incentive Compensation in the form of our Annual Performance Bonus Program.
