Key Responsibilities

Provide thorough technical support to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding cybersecurity products and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing solutions that meet client needs.
Educate and inform customers on the features and best practices of their security solutions.
Document customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately within the CRM system.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address and escalate complex issues as necessary.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance your understanding of cybersecurity technologies.
Contribute to team efforts to improve the overall customer experience and service delivery.

Requirements

Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
Strong technical aptitude with experience in cybersecurity products and solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in technical support or IT roles is highly desirable.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with clients.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
