Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to spearhead the development of innovative supply chain systems within our esteemed organization. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management of multifaceted product development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, building consensus to drive project success.
• Employ Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban to manage projects efficiently.
• Implement and execute project initiatives using Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to achieve strategic goals.
• Coordinate efforts across various disciplines in a matrix team environment.
• Maintain clear and effective communication regarding project progress, risks, and issues with all stakeholders.
• Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project Online to enhance process efficiency.
• Cultivate a positive team culture, facilitating conflict resolution and removing obstacles.
• Oversee and guide geographically distributed teams to ensure alignment and performance.
• Utilize creative problem-solving techniques to navigate challenges, supporting long-term strategic goals.
• Provide expertise in Blue Yonder ESP and OP implementations, managing timelines, risks, and integrations.
  
  

Required Skills

• Over 5 years of project management experience, particularly in the realm of product development and supply chain systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Blue Yonder ESP and OP, with demonstrated ability to mentor development teams and manage program risks.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with OKR frameworks for project planning and execution.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to engage collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Proven track record in leading remote teams effectively.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Project Online, and other project management software.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a capacity to thrive in ambiguous situations.
