Job Overview

We are looking for a committed Executive Assistant to become part of a leading national financial services firm. This pivotal role will involve supporting the Director of Operations by overseeing the daily functions of the tax practice, optimizing workflows, and pinpointing opportunities for process improvements. You will be joining a fast-growing boutique registered investment advisory firm located near Perimeter Mall, specializing in investment management services for individual clients and small to mid-sized enterprises. This full-time position offers a hybrid remote work option following the initial training phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations across diverse practice areas including tax advisory, return preparation, bookkeeping, administration, and client services.
  • Leverage existing systems and technologies to refine workflows and enhance operational efficacy.
  • Oversee and monitor project timelines to ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Facilitate client communications to improve the overall client experience.
  • Efficiently coordinate meetings, schedules, and document preparations.
  • Provide operational support aimed at boosting team productivity and effectiveness.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional services setting, particularly in an operational or project-oriented role.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Capacity to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • High attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in an operations or project-based role is essential.
