Exciting Opportunity for Senior Credit Controllers!

Are you an experienced Senior Credit Controller ready to take your career to the next level? A UK-based company is looking for dynamic and driven Credit Controllers to join their remote team in Cape Town, South Africa. Key Responsibilities:

Daily credit control for key clients
Hitting cash targets while minimizing bad debt
Managing client escalations and liaising with Line Managers on debt-related issues
Handling high volumes of emails and phone calls from debtors
Providing cash flow forecasts and reviewing credit limits
Ensuring credit control procedures are followed to the highest standard
Managing ad-hoc reporting and high-pressure tasks with ease

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

2-5 years of proven experience in Credit Control
Xero experience is preferred.
Experience managing a £5m ledger across 150-200 accounts
Strong record of achieving cash collection targets and reducing debtor days
Ability to handle high-volume debtor interaction via phone calls and emails
Skilled in statement reconciliations, cash allocations, credit notes, and invoices
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
A proactive mindset with the ability to ask the right questions and implement process improvements
Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus (but not required)
Knowledge of invoice factoring is an advantage
