Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is thrilled to announce an opening for a Polish Speaking Virtual Assistant, offering a remote role based in vibrant Athens, Greece! This opportunity is perfect for individuals who are highly organized and eager to assist clients in navigating their administrative tasks while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and performing various administrative functions. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple priorities, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate client schedules and appointments meticulously.
  • Handle correspondence via email and other communication platforms in Polish & English.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and task organization.
  • Conduct research and compile reports as needed for clients.
  • Organize and maintain files and documentation with efficiency.
  • Assist clients with various projects and tasks as they arise.
  • Communicate effectively to address client needs promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative capacity is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with various software tools for communication and management.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
