We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Auto/General Liability Claims Supervisor to lead our client's claims team. If you are a highly organized professional with extensive experience in handling commercial auto and general liability claims, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling commercial auto and general liability claims.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a claims environment.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial auto and general liability policies and claims processes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and provide leadership to a team of claims adjusters handling commercial auto and general liability claims.
  • Oversee the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of claims in a timely manner.
  • Review and analyze claims for coverage, liability, and damages.
  • Provide guidance and support on complex claims, including litigation cases.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
