Job Title: Warranty Claims Coordinator
Job Description
As a Warranty Claims Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and comprehending contracts, processing and recording warranty claims data with integrity, and accepting additional workloads as delegated. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage delegated tasks efficiently, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Work independently
- Review and understand existing warranty contracts and terms
- Provide warranty support to all channel partners, consumers, and internal customers
- Vet and process warranty claims against warranty contracts in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed records of all RMAs processed into the SalesForce CRM
- Execute rational judgment on when to escalate questions and concerns to senior team members
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Engineering, Field Service, Product Management, Quality, or Tech Support as needed
- Correspond with Returns receiving team on associated warranty claims
Essential Skills
- Minimum of two years of experience in warranty claims/contracts or similar relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Quality and/or Lean Six Sigma exposure/experience preferred
- Process and goal-oriented
- Demonstrated history of independent work
- Experience with ERP database tools (preferably Oracle) desired
- Experience with CRM database tools (preferably Salesforce) desired
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work remotely and in an office environment
- Ability to learn and apply technical training
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Marine or RV industry experience highly weighted
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a large team
Work Environment
100% Remote - Remote work with paid travel up to once a quarter. Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm CST (8am-5pm EST).
