THE POSITION

Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid, part-time Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. Join the Guest Services team at C3 Presents to be involved with and learn about what it takes to ensure patrons at our festivals have the most unforgettable experiences. Guest Services Production consists of working through the physical and practical elements of the time leading up to and day-of needs at the Festival site. This is a part-time position, working 15-20 hours per week. You must have availability to be in the office Tues-Thurs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Producing information guides for our onsite Guest Services teams

  • Responding to Patron Inquiries using Zendesk
  • Working as part of the Guest Services team onsite at Two Step Inn 2025
