Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location:
 Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to oversee active projects and retainers, ensuring that budgets are maintained, deadlines are met, and deliverables align with expectations. The ideal candidate will work closely with Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction across multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee active projects, ensuring they stay within budget and deadlines, while meeting deliverable expectations.
  • Client Collaboration: Work alongside Account Managers to ensure all client needs are met and satisfaction remains high.
  • Internal Coordination: Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Organization: Maintain high levels of organization, multitasking to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Reporting: Provide updates on project status and track deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar operational support role.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Teamwork, and Slack.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Marketplace and eCommerce knowledge (Amazon, Walmart, TTS, Shopify).
  • PMP Certification or similar project management qualifications.
