Job description

This is a remote position.

Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM Durham. NC Time (20 hours per week)

Scope:

  • Manage a high volume of outbound calls daily

  • Work with a database of approximately 1,500+ contacts

  • Aim to increase workshop attendance rates from 60% to 80%+

  • Strive to reduce appointment no-show rates from 30% to 15% or less

  • Incentives and commissions whenever targets are met 

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to confirm attendance for upcoming workshops and seminars

  • Follow up with no-shows to reschedule their attendance for future events

  • Confirm booked appointments to reduce no-show rates

  • Update CRM system with latest client information and interaction details

  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on common reasons for no-shows or cancellations

Requirements:

  • Excellent phone communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor

  • Experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and VoIP software

  • Ability to handle objections and persuade clients to attend events or appointments

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
