Job description

Department: Loan Teams

Location: Branch Operations

Compensation: ₱20,000 - ₱28,000 / month

Description

The Jr. Loan Coordinator will review incoming files, complete order-outs, and be a supportive team member to ensure that other teammates can focus effectively on their primary responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor App Submissions: Oversee incoming "App Submitted" emails and set up Encompass files to align with LO Lead Notes.
  • File Set-Up Review: Perform a thorough review when applications and documents are received from clients. This includes ordering credit reports, organizing documents in Encompass, and correcting obvious errors on client applications.
  • Document Procurement: Obtain correct Evidence of Insurance (EOI), Verification of Employment (VOE), and Homeowners Association (HOA) documents when requested by the Loan Team
  • Document Accuracy: Ensure that all order outs and other necessary documents are accurate.
  • File Tracking: Maintain a tracker for all files, including outstanding items, to ensure no file slips through the cracks.

Skills, Knowledge, And Expertise

  • US Mortgage Industry Experience: Required.
  • Order Out Experience: Required.
  • Encompass Experience: Preferred.
  • Office Applications: Familiarity with office applications.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in communication.
  • Personality: Team players who are resourceful and have a strong sense of urgency do very well in this role.
