Job description

  • Packaging new applications ready for the assessor team
  • Contact Broker – phone & email - for any MIR’s
  • Instruct, follow up & complete reporting on Discharges with all funders.
  • Liaising with Brokers, Loan Assessors, Client Services to satisfy settlement conditions and meet deadlines.
  • Complete any required reporting in system and updating of databases.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders such as funders, Brokers and LMI providers.
  • Deal with all client enquiries received by phone, or email in a timely, friendly & efficient manner.
  • Process all construction progress payments within a timely manner, ordering valuations and prompt follow-up of outstanding reports.
  • Prepare settlement letters.
  • Conduct welcome calls to clients.
  • Implement direct debit repayment authorities.
  • Work closely with Management Team to complete any tasks to support above.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of processing in home loan lending process or within Client Services Mortgage Management
  • Strong knowledge of the Home Lending Process & Settlement Process
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications particularly Excel, Word and Outlook, Teams
  • Extensive experience in Residential Purchase and Construction loans
  • Desirable – Previous Experience working with Brokers.
