Position: Procurement Coordinator

Location: Central Luzon or NCR

Work setup & shift: Remote | Day Shift

Your Role

As a Procurement Coordinator, You Will

Procurement Requisition Management

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information on their needs and requirements.
  • Prepare and submit purchase requisitions for hardware, software, and services based on specific requirements while adhering to procurement policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and vendor contracts.

Vendor Coordination

  • Liaise with vendors to obtain quotes, product information, and delivery timelines in response to purchase requisitions.
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve inquiries, obtain necessary documentation, and track order statuses.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Provide regular updates on procurement progress, delivery timelines, and potential delays to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with finance and Accounts Payable teams to reconcile invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, and facilitate timely payments to vendors.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the procurement process, enhancing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to the Procurement team.

Non-negotiable requirements:

  • At least 2 years or more experience in a procurement/purchasing role in any industry
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using MS Office and any ERP systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with SAP & Coupa is a plus
