What you will do:Implement Apptio Targetprocess instance and partner with business functions to gain user adoptionCollaborate with account management, pre-sales, and customers to drive toward desired outcomes aligning to our implementation package offeringsAct as the primary point of contact for the customer and initiate the implementation processManage the engagement with the customer to correctly structure, implement, and deploy ApptioCollaborate with Customers on a “Train the Trainer” approach for a core group ApptioTargetprocessPower Users on Apptio Targetprocess Basics, administration, advanced reporting, and solutions implementedGather customer feedback and work with the Product Management team to recommend how to improve product usabilityTroubleshoot customer issues during implementation and collaborate with support and development teams to resolve

Solution Management - install/configure pre-defined and custom Apptio Targetprocess solutions aligning with customer needsCreate custom Apptio Targetprocess views, reports, and dashboardsConfigure Apptio Targetprocess process parameters and settingsCreate custom Apptio Targetprocess automation rules and metrics for event-based customizationImport customer dataConfigure integrations with 3rd party products Jira, Azure DevOps, etcQualifications and Skills:Accomplished Apptio Targetprocess or PPM Tool implementation in a previous role 4-6 years of experience with implementation, configuration and administration of partner tools such as Aha!, Slack, Jira Software, Confluence, and key 3rd party add-ons Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables at any given time through effective time management and planning Strong work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones Someone who is eager to grow their IT skills in a fast-paced IT environment.
