What will you do?  

Kornit Digital, a leading-edge company that develops manufactures and markets state-of-the-art printing solutions for the textile, garment & apparel decorating industries looking for a Business Development Manager in the UK


  • Identify, scope, prioritise and target potential key customers. 
  • Develop a prospect list and identify prospective customers 
  • Serve as the domain expert and share knowledge with your team and colleagues on proven vertical market penetration and regional coverage strategies 
  • Expand the profile and reach of the company and its solutions. 
  • Track relevant emerging markets and trends. 
  • Research and identify new markets. 
  • Conduct webinars and presentations to raise the brand or product profile. 
  • Help to shape the company’s long-term objectives and determine plans for how to meet them. 
  • Travel to customers & prospects locations, distributions centers, and other locations. 
  • Help direct development of customer-facing web platforms and digital experiences.
  • Design, develop & execute on defined annual KPI’s 
  • Collaborate within an international matrix environment. 
  • Driving peak performance and sales success across the organization. 
  • Creating, negotiating and closing commercial agreements. 
  • You will be instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets. 

Key interfaces: 

  • Build relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors. 
  • Work with Global Segment leaders and the regional sales teams to build effective Go-To-Market plans & strategies. 
  • Collaborate and liaise with Customer Success & Product teams in delivering the required solutions 
  • Manage key client relationships and work to build new ones. 
  • Develop and strengthen internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share. 
  • Build cross-functional relationships to guide and stimulate sustainable, long-term growth. 
  • Foster and work to maintain an entrepreneurial growth culture throughout the company and across all teams and functions.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field, MBA a plus 
  • 5-10 years’ sales or marketing experience 
  • 3-5 years’ supervisory or management experience would be advantageous
