Tech To The Rescue is looking for a versatile Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for leading different projects across our organization, including supporting our AI for Changemakers program and other fast-paced initiatives within TTTR like Hackathons and other events, as well as projects that include collaboration with our donors. You’ll work across departments to ensure project success, adapting to where the organization needs your support the most.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects across different organizational areas, from AI initiatives to ad hoc, smaller-scale projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments (AI for Changemakers, Crisis Response Unit, Growth, Fundraising etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop project plans, set timelines, manage resources, and ensure milestones are met.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to align on project goals, expectations, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project success.
- Create and manage detailed project documentation, including reports and presentations.
- Anticipate risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Provide regular updates to internal sponsors of the project on the statuses, challenges, and outcomes.
Your Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in a dynamic environment.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to new challenges.
- Excellent communication skills – you’ll need to work with various teams and stakeholders across the organization.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable steps for different audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Slack, Notion, etc.).
- Fluency in English (C1 level)
Nice To Have
- Experience in international collaboration and event planning.
- Familiarity with nonprofit or social enterprise ecosystems.
- Project management certificates.
- Experience in tech sector and/or interest in AI.

Salary Range
9.000 - 12.000 PLN (employer gross on B2B) - depending on experience

At Tech To The Rescue, we are building a community of changemakers willing to scale up positive social impact using technology. We match the most effective NGOs with professional teams from top IT companies to create digital solutions addressing some of the world’s most pressing problems.
We are a non-profit organization with a global reach; In the last year, we initiated over 450+ collaborations in 50 countries, with an estimated influence on ~7M lives. In the next 3 years, we are planning to match 2000 organizations and have a positive impact on 50M people!
Our partners include some of the most renowned organizations in their fields including: Ashoka, Google.org, AWS Amazon, UN Women, Lenovo or Twilio.org. Currently we are at about 30 people in the team in total.
