Job description

We are actively seeking an experienced specialist with a diverse skill set combining elements of business operations, partnership coordination and proficiency in the social media landscape.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction;
  • Preparing presentations, innovative proposals, and effective pitch materials for external partners;
  • Plan and oversee production and publication schedules;
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of publication schedules, working with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery;
  • Assist in coordinating commercial video production, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines;
  • Maintain and update information in internal systems and documents to ensure accuracy and timeliness;
  • Collect and analyze data, prepare reports, handle data requests, and ensure accuracy while effectively communicating findings;
  • Process and respond to operational ad hoc requests efficiently and effectively


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience communicating with B2B partners (e.g., Account Manager, Business Operations Specialist, Marketing Coordinator);
  • Proven ability to create compelling marketing presentations, pitches, and proposals;
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and its trends;
  • High proficiency in English (advanced/native) with excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage repetitive data tasks;
  • Positive, proactive, and results-oriented attitude;
  • Team player with stress resilience;


Would be an advantage:

  • Understanding of the video production process;
  • Proficiency in digital tools and technologies (Asana, Slack, Hubspot, Confluence).
  • Understanding of Sales and Lead Generation;
