Responsibilities:

  • Executive Hiring: Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for senior and executive roles, attracting top leadership talent.
  • Team Coordination: Oversee daily operations of the recruitment team, ensuring smooth collaboration with HRBPs and alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Strategy Development: Work closely with HRBPs and HR management to develop recruitment strategies that support our scaling needs.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and support junior recruiters, enhancing their skills and performance.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide recruitment metrics and data-driven insights to management for informed decision-making.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, including senior and executive-level hiring.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and manage a recruitment team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong organisational skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and solutions-driven mindset when facing recruitment challenges.
