Enterprise Account Manager/Director (Automotive)

Location: Germany (remote)

Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Enterprise Account Manager/Director to drive growth and elevate relationships with key automotive accounts, including Global Industry Leaders in the industry. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for 2-3 large automotive clients. Your strategic thinking and expertise in account management will be crucial in aligning solutions to customer needs, driving contract negotiations, and ensuring successful delivery of business objectives.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and grow relationships with large automotive accounts, acting as the primary contact.
  • Develop and execute account strategies, focusing on portfolio growth and defining clear targets and opportunities.
  • Drive the “Value Selling” approach, providing training and support to the sales team across different regions.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful project mobilization and delivery to meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and commercial teams to assess and adapt to market changes.
  • Work closely with the customer success team to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within the industrial or manufacturing sectors for Manager-level roles.
  • 10+ years of experience for Director-level roles..
  • Proven experience in contract negotiations and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align solutions to customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as solutions, project management, and customer success.
