As a Norwegian Speaking IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our Norwegian-speaking clients. Responsibilities
  • Provide expert IT support to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network-related issues.

  • Document support interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case handling.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) with excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in IT support or a related customer service field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
