Position Overview: As a Help Desk Specialist, you will assist German-speaking customers with their inquiries and technical issues related to media streaming services. You will play a critical role in ensuring that users enjoy a seamless and engaging experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat for media streaming services.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems, account issues, and streaming queries effectively.

  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
