We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account-Based Marketing Specialist to execute targeted marketing strategies for our key accounts in the APAC region. This role is critical in identifying opportunities within strategic accounts, growing those relationships, and collaborating closely with the Commercial team to drive revenue through cross-sell and upsell initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ABM practices, experience working with high-value accounts, and proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
Key ResponsibilitiesABM Strategy Development: Design and implement highly targeted ABM campaigns tailored to specific accounts, focusing on maximising engagement and revenue potential.Account Growth: Collaborate closely with Sales to identify white space and cross-sell opportunities within strategic accounts, ensuring alignment on goals and execution plans.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within each account to better understand their needs and identify opportunities for additional value.Data-Driven Insights: Analyse account-specific data to tailor messaging and solutions to fit the unique needs of each client, ensuring campaigns are both effective and measurable.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure messaging and campaigns are aligned with Kpler’s overall growth objectives.Multilingual Communication: Leverage your proficiency in both English and Mandarin to engage with clients across diverse markets, ensuring seamless communication and localisation of marketing efforts.Content Personalisation: Develop and deliver personalised content that resonates with each account, ensuring a customer-centric approach to all communications.Reporting and Optimisation: Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of ABM initiatives, using insights to continuously improve and refine strategies.Desired Skills and ExperienceExperience: 3-5+ years of experience in account-based marketing, B2B marketing, or a related field, ideally within the technology or commodities sectors.ABM Expertise: Proven track record of successfully planning and executing ABM strategies that drive growth and revenue within strategic accounts.Sales Collaboration: Experience working closely with Sales teams to identify opportunities, align on goals, and drive joint success.Multilingual: Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to engage effectively with our clients across the APAC region.Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify and capitalise on cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.Customer-Centric: Strong understanding of customer needs and experience in developing targeted, personalised marketing initiatives.Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to drive decisions and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.We are a dynamic company dedicated to nurturing connections and innovating solutions to tackle market challenges head-on.
