Job description

We are hiring a Sales Business Development (Diagnostics/Clinical Research).

Our client is from healthcare diagnostics industry, committed to providing accurate and reliable testing services with a customer-centric approach. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Business Development Executive to drive our B2B partnerships and strengthen our presence in the clinical diagnostics sector. If you have a passion for sales and business development with experience in the clinical trial industry (preferred) , wed love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, initiate, and manage strategic B2B partnerships and tie-ups
  • Develop new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding our clinical trial diagnostics services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinics, healthcare providers, and corporate partners.
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine and adjust business strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the healthcare or clinical trial industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful partnerships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of clinical trial processes and the healthcare ecosystem is a plus.
