Are you a recent graduate with a passion for sales and customer engagement? Our company is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Direct Response Representative (DRR). In this role, you will help identify and qualify new sales opportunities focusing on inbound prospecting efforts and collaborating with our Sales team to build a consistent pipeline that drives revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound Leads: Manage and respond to inbound leads within required timeframes, ensuring a prompt and effective follow-up to qualify and move them through the sales funnel.
- Prospect & Identify Opportunities: Learn and apply strategic techniques to identify potential customers, uncovering key contacts within target accounts through inbound efforts.
- Nurture Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, helping them understand the value of our solutions through ongoing communication and high-level product demonstrations.
- Achieve Targets: Meet quarterly goals by transforming leads into opportunities, tracking key performance indicators, and maintaining strong follow-up practices.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Team Player: Eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially within sales and marketing.
- Growth Mindset: A desire to continuously learn and improve, both personally and professionally.
- Innate Curiosity: A natural drive to ask questions, explore new ideas, seek out innovative solutions, and continuously learn.
- Fluent in English and another language: German, French, Spanish or Dutch
