Job Description:
As a Change Analyst you’ll guide our clients in effectively managing the change required to enable the successful deployment and adoption of their new Oracle Cloud ERP system and the associated changes in business processes, structure, staff roles and responsibilities. This position will own, lead and direct an integrated approach to stakeholder management, communications, training, system deployment and use of sustainable support structures needed to effectively drive adoption of the new system and processes.
The Change Analyst will be a key driver of change across the client’s organization and will work in close partnership with various stakeholders: IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Projects Business Owners and executive leadership. You will work as the conduit for the internal programme and the outfacing stakeholder community to ensure they are aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all change management activities for OCM workstreams across Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and other major transformation projects for clients.
- Assess and validate the scope and impact of the change: utilizing a clear and structured methodology, review and understand the scope of the implementation across the areas. This includes understanding the depth of business process change, potential issues with technology adoption and degree of effort required to drive faster adoption.
- Develop and execute an integrated change management strategy and plan. including communication plan, stakeholder management plan, workforce transition plan, training needs analysis, training plan and change readiness plan.
- Understand the client’s organization - identify and manage ERP Project Stakeholders: Develop the required relationships to help drive the needed change.
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, present findings and recommended interventions. Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement mitigation plans.
- Develop and track change adoption metrics: institute methods for measuring, reporting and assessing change management effectiveness across the full lifecycle of the project.
- Coordinate and integrate effectively with other project workstream lead: ensure that the change management workstream is aware and actively contributes to all other project activities as appropriate to ensure the change impact is considered in all aspects of the implementation.
- Support and coach project sponsors and other change champions - act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfil the role of change champions. Also provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through this transition.
Mandatory Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience within Change Management and ERP implementations, Oracle Cloud preferred.
- Experience managing change related to ERP system or other large enterprise system deployments.
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge of change management principals and methodologies. Up to date on best practices around change management.
- Proven ability to identify and translate requirements for Change Management into clear and measurable project deliverables.
- Excellent engagement, relationship building, and expectation management skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with project management tools and phases of a project lifecycle.
- Experience working within a consultancy/systems integrator a plus.
- Comfortable with a complete range of current change management tools and techniques.
- Experience with developing creative ways to optimize engagement and learning, and proven experience applying innovative and creative solutions to drive change adoption.
- Experience with measuring change adoption effectiveness.

- Strong time and resource management skills along with organizational skills; ability to prioritize and quickly respond to customer requests.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - is articulate and can communicate succinctly to multiple levels; must be comfortable presenting to large and diverse audiences.
Flexible to travel as and when required to client locations.
