Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide informed support.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance service delivery skills.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing ideas and supporting colleagues.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker with excellent command of English (both oral and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Team-oriented with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and engage with a new culture.
