As a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service representative, you will be on the front lines providing exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking customers. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through various communication channels.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Portuguese-speaking customers with their inquiries and provide effective solutions
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat
  • Promptly manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction targets
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies
  • Follow established procedures and adhere to quality standards

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
  • No prior customer service experience required; training will be provided
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to approach inquiries with a customer-centered mindset
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent service
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece
  • Valid European Passport or ID
