Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with product-related information and after-sales support.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve key performance targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
Offer insights and feedback on customer trends to management for continuous improvement.
Contribute to the development and optimization of customer service processes.

Requirements

Fluent in Finnish (native level) and proficient in English.
Experience in customer service or a related role is highly desirable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems) is a plus.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural environment.
