Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product-related information and after-sales support.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve key performance targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Offer insights and feedback on customer trends to management for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of customer service processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Finnish (native level) and proficient in English.
  • Experience in customer service or a related role is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems) is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural environment.
