Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Czech, Slovak, and English
  • Provide comprehensive information about products and services
  • Effectively address and resolve customer complaints
  • Accurately document customer interactions in our system
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance service quality
  • Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to assist customers properly

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech, Slovak, and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
