Overview: We're seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Global Operations Digital Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will:
- Have 8-10 years of experience driving IT initiatives in global supply chain operations
- Possess strong expertise in S4Hana implementation
- Be well-versed in order management, manufacturing, inventory control, procurement, and fulfillment processes
- Bring valuable experience from the Life Sciences industry, particularly in reagents

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the digital transformation strategy for global supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of S4Hana across supply chain functions, including order management, manufacturing, inventory management, procurement, and fulfillment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Drive the adoption of advanced technologies such as Automation, AI and Advanced Analytics to streamline supply chain processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and manage a roadmap for digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of supply chain digital transformation.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree AND 12 years of global experience driving digital (IT) initiatives for supply chain operations coupled with S4Hana implementation and optimization experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience with advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain in a supply chain context.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain digital transformation.
- Certification in supply chain management or related fields (e.g., APICS, CSCP, PMP).
- Strong understanding of order management, manufacturing, inventory management, procurement, and fulfillment processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in the Life Sciences industry, including the reagents business and lifecycle.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
