As an Account Executive at 1E, you will be an integral part of the sales team responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining sustainable partnerships while driving revenue and pipeline growth. You’ll engage directly with C-level decision-makers leading companies with 5,000 to 15,000 employees. From hunting for new business to managing the full sales process and developing your territory, your contributions will significantly shape 1E's success.

How you’ll achieve success in this position:

  • Develop innovative strategies and tailored plans to win new customers, increasing the overall value of your territory.
  • Engage with decision-makers across multiple levels within customer accounts (CIO, CISO, CFO, CEO) to ensure account engagement and long-term success.
  • Build a strong network of executive relationships across industry, community, business groups, and key partners to unlock new sales opportunities.
  • Proactively monitor your pipeline, using demand generation to ensure steady growth within target accounts.
  • Stay updated on new campaigns, communicating their objectives and relevance to the team, ensuring successful execution.
  • Manage existing customers for upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring continued satisfaction and growth.
  • Build pipeline and forecast management with a strong focus on outbound lead generation.

What you’ll need to succeed:
Experience:

  • 2+ years of selling high-value, complex enterprise software solutions across various verticals such as Insurance, Retail Banking, and Finance.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding direct sales goals of €1M+ with an average deal size of €150k+.
  • Familiarity with the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Excellent track record of success in individual contributor roles, focusing on winning new business and expanding within existing accounts.

Skills:

  • Ability to develop a strategic territory plan and execute it effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging in senior-level meetings and delivering presentations in virtual selling environments.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, with high energy and a drive for success.
  • Skilled in using a consultative, value-based approach to grow customer relationships.
