monday.com is looking for a Channel Partner Manager to join the team in North America. Channel Partner Managers are responsible for sourcing, activating, and supporting partners who drive revenue through inbound and outbound activities. We think of our channel partner managers as full-stack consultants who help our partners grow their business with monday.com.


About The Role

  • You’re the boss of your book: ​​Take responsibility for the strategy and execution of your region. This is a quota-carrying role.
  • Identify and recruit potential channel partners based on a data-driven approach. 
  • Track, report, and optimize partner performance across their sales, marketing, and consulting functions.
  • Help partners develop & execute outbound strategies that generate new leads with verticalized solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally with the monday.com sales and CS organizations to accelerate deals by filling potential knowledge, product, service gaps with partner offerings.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in sales/account management/channel partner management - must have been in a quota-carrying role 
  • Experience in working directly or indirectly with Channel Partners/ VARs / SIs/ GSIs 
  • Experience in a global work environment.
  • Track record of taking projects from A to Z - we really value and recognize our self-starters.
  • Strong relationship-builder and initiator approach.

  • You are not scared of negotiation. Whether it be negotiating a SaaS subscription alongside a partner or the balance of our company and partners' needs, you can tactfully negotiate.

  • We will be especially excited to hear from you if you have experience in vertical solutions and/or services partnerships that drive subscription revenue and/or experience working with larger GSI/SIs like Accenture and TCS.

For Denver-based hires only: Compensation Range: $115,000-$165,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Colorado may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
