đ About the role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our growing Customer Success team and provide our customers with a seamless experience from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You will be working closely with other members of the Customer Success team to support your book of business and work cross functionally with other teams like Sales, Product and Marketing to grow your customer base. As a Senior Account Manager, you are an advocate for your customer and work with internal teams to provide feedback to Product, create advocacy opportunities for Marketing, and visibility into use cases and customer health for the organization.
