In this role, you will:
- Design and deploy Systems to support Bot Development.
- Recommend and help enhance performance for bots and systems.
- Provide ongoing operational RPA support (upgrades, defect fixes, process change activities).
- Participate in RPA design efforts (process analysis, value analysis, data analysis).
- Lead Solution Design/Solution architecture efforts.
- Use skills in an Agile or Iterative software development environment, according to the needs of the client
- Lead Automation Assessments to identify areas of improvement and build according to best practices.
- Create standards, testing methodologies, and documentation per client/project needs.
- Provide support to our teams, customers, and partners Implementation teams throughout the project implementation phase
- Help develop workflows and custom solutions to address specific customer needs
- Follow client and industry regulations to ensure compliance and governance standards are met within the creation of the bot. Follow SDLC Best practices.
- Evaluate success of the automation using data analytics.
- Lead daily stand-ups with Project team and client.
- Perform research on RPA trends to ensure Centric and clients continue to develop future capabilities.
- Mentor and provide leadership to RPA developers, together with Centric training standards. Perform peer code reviews
Who You Are:
- 2+ Years' experience as an RPA Architect. UiPath Certification.
- Experience playing a role in COE or automation governing authority.
- Understand all domains of architecture and apply that knowledge to create solution architectures to solve complex business problems that have a broad impact on the business.
- Experience defining and negotiating solution options while considering risks, costs, and effect on the enterprise business processes and goals.
- Translate complex processes and concepts into simple frameworks.
- Comfortable in more than one programming language/Development framework and has a firm grasp of fundamental web, internet, and mobile technologies.
- 7 years of technical experience in multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments including 4 years of related Robotic Process Automation Experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or another related field
- Power Automate/Business Process Management experience
