Job description

Talascend is currently seeking a remote Gluster Architect for a short-term W-2 contract.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

Asses, provide directions and guidance to team on Gluster Integration into system environment.
Troubleshoot architecture.

CLEARANCE:

US citizen or Green Card Holder.
The ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
The ability to obtain FAA Suitability.

REQUIREMENTS:

8-12 years and a Bachelor’s Degree; OR 11-15 years and an Associates Degree, OR 13-17 years of experience.
Expert level experience in integrating GlusterFS into an enterprise system environment
Expert level experience with container development using Docker.
Excellent hands-on experience of: Angular 11+, PrimeNG, Java, Mongo DB, JEE, Spring, Postgres SQL.
Excellent hands-on experience of: Amazon EC2, Amazon RDS, Elastic Load Balancer, EBS, S3, etc.
Strong working knowledge of rest services environments such as RESTful APIs and JSON.
Be proactive and independent, thriving in a fast-paced environment where you can tackle challenges on your own.
