Job description

What Are We Looking For


Multiplymii is in search of a Supply Chain Associate, you will be working with our client who sells brand of compression products. The owners are based in Sweden but they currently have accounts in the US, UK, Canada, and they are also available in Europe.

The purpose of this role is to bring high-quality products to the warehouse at lowest cost possible.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.


This role is 100% work from home.


In This Role, You Will

  • Be responsible for maintaining a healthy inventory level in the US, UK, and CA marketplaces making sure we don’t get out of stock and not overstock either.
  • Be sensitive with the COGS while maintaining the highest quality at the same time.
  • Submit orders and monitor their progress
  • Arrange shipments from Supplier to 3PL, supplier to Amazon and 3PL to Amazon
  • Engage in communication with suppliers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
  • Address challenges related to supply chain
  • Initiate communication with suppliers on product launching - instruct them to source materials and send materials to Sweden
  • Serve as a liaison between the supplier and the company
  • Utilize internal tool for supply chain management
  • 30 Day Targets upon start date:
  • Get acquainted with all the systems we are using in the Supply Chain Department.
  • Can finally stand on your own doing all the responsibilities as a Supply Chain Manager.


About You

Core qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in supply chain or inventory management for a 7-Figure Amazon FBA Private Label business.
  • Proven track record of efficiently & effectively running the operations of a department in a systematized & streamlined way.
  • Technical Tools:
  • Required: Asana, Google Sheet, Slack, Amazon Seller Central
  • Preferred: Hello Profit, Helium 10
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in using Excel and Google Sheets formulas
  • Highly capable and self-sufficient
  • Courteous when interacting with suppliers and 3PLs
  • Attitude is crucial in this role - will be in constant communication with top-level personnel at various 3PLs.
