Core Duties

Motivates team members and provides help to seniors. Communicates concerns and policies to higher authority and resolves issues among team members.

Job Roles And Responsibilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Implementation of Client Fulfillment team, which is responsible in assisting the Insurance brokers
  • Meet the Difficulties of customer queries.
  • Always be available to do any kind of rushes or extra hours when requirement occurs.
  • Should guide trainee or PE I in every aspect if they approach.
  • Should do at least 3 clients or process to get next level.
  • Achieving all types of targets.
  • Working on quality assurance
  • Taking initiatives on work
  • Maintain MIS for day to day data management
  • Client & Stakeholder Management,
  • Drive process improvements and ideation
  • Manage quality, controls, risk & compliance aspect for the deal
  • Assisted Insurance Brokers in Finding markets and placing policies for Small scale Commercial companies

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Should be ready to work in rotational shifts
  • Associate degree or Engineering in any field or related discipline. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year for year basis.
  • Ability to: Plan, organize and document day to day activities in alignment with institutional policies/procedures.
  • Communicate effectively and share information both verbally and in writing; establish and maintain cooperation, understanding, trust and credibility; perform multiple tasks concurrently and respond to emergency.
