Job description

Our Client is a growing fintech company, specializing in payment processing solutions. We are seeking a highly qualified Sales Department Head to lead our efforts in the high-risk client segment. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience and a deep understanding of the fintech industry, particularly in sales and client management within high-risk categories.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to high-risk clients in the fintech industry.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, adjusting strategies to meet the evolving needs of the market.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Identify and target potential high-risk clients in the e-commerce and payment processing sectors.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business.
  • Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-risk clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments, to ensure seamless service delivery to client.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on high-risk clients in the fintech or payment processing industries.
  • Fluent English
  • Solid understanding of the electronic commerce market, with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
