ou.If successful, the main duties of your role will
- be:To maintain a policy development, review, and monitoring function as part of the RBL’s Quality and Care Standards Te
- am.To support the RBL Care Homes’ Quality Improvement Programme by producing high quality policy and procedure documentation, undertaking research and stakeholder engagement when necessary and most importantly helping to further improve our communication process
- es.Ensure that the policy and guidance documentation across our Care Homes is accessible, consistent and in line with current legislati
on.
You will have previous experience in an NHS or adult social care setting, with experience in a policy role or demonstrable interest in policy managem
ent.
You will have excellent communication, language, planning and organisational skills and be a strong team player with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. This will include having proven skills in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerP
oint.
The Policy Manager role is home based with occasional travelling to RBL offices. There is also an expectation that you will spend time in our care homes supporting our management teams and
staff.
