Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a Sales Agent based in Spain.

This role is based on a competitive commission-only structure. As an independent position, it offers a high degree of autonomy and flexibility, allowing you to manage your own schedule.

This position is ideal for a self-motivated individuals who thrive in a self-directed environment and are eager to use their skills to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate partnerships and secure deals within the photovoltaic sector
Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives
Foster relationships with key stakeholders in the photovoltaic industry
Provide expert advice on our solar products and solutions, and if you have technical knowledge, that's a big plus!
Lead market development initiatives within Spain
Stay abreast of market dynamics, negotiate contracts, and outmaneuver competitors
Monitor sales performance meticulously and deliver insightful reports
Collaborate closely with the marketing team on impactful sales campaigns
Conduct market research, forecast trends, and coordinate with the global Sales team

Desired Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience, in photovoltaics or renewable energy sector
Business acumen and proficiency in English and Spanish language (must-have)
Technical proficiency and comprehensive knowledge of PV products (strong advantage)
A passion for travel and global engagement
High level of energy, engagement and creativity
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Place of residence- Spain
