·       Keep an up-to-date sales revenue database comprising historical sales data, progress reports, upcoming events, and general customer information.

·       Retain customer accounts by concentrating on overall sales opportunities, revenue potential, booking behavior, decision-making considerations, event logistics, and competitor rates.

·       Develop and execute a business strategy for key accounts in collaboration with associates as needed

·       Reach booking targets by propelling the sales process, including follow-up meetings, site visits, and attending customer events when necessary
