Job Description

  • Prepare and manage all import/export documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate smooth customs clearance.
  • Coordinate regional distribution activities to APAC countries, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Act as a liaison between factories and customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to shipments and order fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective inventory planning strategies.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and inventory movements.
  • Assist in developing and implementing best practices for supply chain operations to enhance service levels and reduce costs.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or import/export operations, preferably in the APAC region.
  • Strong understanding of import/export regulations and documentation processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and supply chain software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
