Job description

We are transforming the financial landscape through cutting-edge blockchain technology and decentralized solutions. Our mission is to create a more inclusive, efficient, and accessible financial system. Whether it’s facilitating trading, staking, or adopting decentralized applications, we are committed to providing users with an exceptional, secure, and user-friendly experience.

We seek individuals who excel in dynamic, fast-moving environments and are eager to embrace the opportunities offered by cryptocurrency and Web3. Candidates who thrive on collaboration, innovation, and a growth mindset will feel right at home. Our work culture prioritizes trust, openness to feedback, and adaptability. If you are passionate about crypto’s potential and want to contribute to a rapidly evolving ecosystem, we want to hear from you!

About You:

  • You bring enthusiasm and positivity, constantly looking ahead and motivated by future possibilities.

  • You’re curious and committed to learning the latest in technologies such as DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and Web3.

  • Communication is key for you—you value transparency and are open to constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.

  • You thrive in environments that are always shifting, and you’re excited by the pace of change in the crypto world.

  • With a solutions-driven mindset, you take ownership of challenges and deliver results without hesitation.

  • You enjoy working in a collaborative environment, valuing teamwork and joint problem-solving.

The Role:

We are searching for an Engineering Leader to drive growth and innovation in our Trust & Loyalty team. This team is essential in accelerating our premium membership program, which offers an array of benefits such as zero trading fees, enhanced staking rewards, robust account protection, and dedicated customer support. We aim to create a membership experience that sets the standard in the crypto space.

This is a high-impact role where you will lead efforts to refine user acquisition strategies, optimize funnels, expand globally, and develop strategic partnerships. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of growth dynamics, funnel optimization, and a passion for delivering world-class solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage full-stack engineering teams, overseeing the development of features, services, and platform infrastructure across both web and mobile platforms.

  • Mentor and support engineers, fostering their professional development and ensuring they positively impact the organization.

  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership teams to create and execute on quarterly roadmaps.

  • Break down large-scale initiatives into manageable projects, guiding teams through an iterative development process.

  • Act as a technical authority, making sound architectural decisions and advocating for best practices in code quality and engineering processes.

  • Ensure smooth, scalable operations of multi-tenant, distributed systems at scale.

  • Partner with our recruitment team to identify and hire top engineering talent who align with our values and product goals.

  • Take ownership of engineering quality, setting and maintaining standards to meet critical SLAs.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven ability to lead full-stack engineering teams and deliver complex projects on both web and mobile platforms.

  • Strong expertise in fostering high-quality engineering practices and creating effective software development processes.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

  • Skilled at breaking down complex projects into actionable steps, managing from design through to implementation.

  • Capable of hands-on technical involvement, including code reviews, incident management, and operational troubleshooting.

  • Experience coaching and mentoring engineers to grow their careers and enhance their contributions to the team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience leading teams working with technologies such as React, React Native, GraphQL, Golang, Kubernetes, and MongoDB.

  • Familiarity with building financial systems, high-reliability architectures, or microservices.

  • Experience with subscription models and scaling membership-based services.
